May 17 : The courier finally arrived after I was not present at home by the time it first came last May 15. I had to call 2Go's hotline multiple times, and had to wait anxiously for hours. Finally got my Visa, and it was such a relief!


May 18: Coming off from a 6:00 PM-6:00 AM duty, I had to attend the mandatory PDOS for OFWs, or Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar somewhere in Taft Ave., from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Literally felt like a walking zombie, as I endured the whole thing half-asleep.


The things that stuck to me as taught by the speaker: 
SAVE MONEY. 
Beat HOMESICKNESS. 
And Fight HOMESEXNESS. 
what.


may 19: BUY BUY BUY


Burned my Credit Cards. Completed my must-buy list. It was a very very hot day for malling, hopping from SM City North to Trinoma.


My FB statuses that day were:

stress+panic+worry+short notice=not a good combo.

May 20: Had dinner with Kuya Ricky, Ate Maricar, and tolskibots at Gerry's Grill Sky Garden. A very, very unforgettable dinner.

may 21 : 1 day away from the supposed flight. Doing last-minute packing and preparations. 

FB status:

is in anxious mode. thus, #nowplaying beatles' sgt.pepper's lonely hearts club band album. *feelgood*

Finally got the confirmation that the supposed flight the next day was moved. What a relief!

may 22: just chilled out the day with tolskibots. the chillout DVD: Ninja Assassin.

may 23:  Back to duty. A very very dragging day. Mindset not ready for work.

may 24: Graveyard shift from 10 PM- 6 AM. The shift went smoothly

may 25: Final Duty day. And admitted a patient for the last time at 3 in the morning.

may 26: Finished clearance papers, thanks to Kuya Randy. Today is my Final Off. Got a confirmation that flight sked on June 3 is all set. Anxious once again. A roller-coaster of emotions speeding in a high-pace.

may 27: Officially resigned. Back to being a bum.Which will last for a week. 

Goodbye UST Hospital, you have been so good to me. UST, you've been my second home since 1998, you've been a great host. You gave me tons of wonderful memories, and tons of awesome people to live with.


Hello 1 week joblessness. Let's enjoy this and take a breather.

 Ang saya-saya nung andun kami ni tolskibots nung May 15, 2010. Ang saya ng pyesta doon. Napaka-makulay. At yun mga tao at mga turista, eh talagang puno ng saya at energy. Andaming mga nakasabit na mga gulay, prutas, halaman, at kung anu-ano pa. 

At talagang nagpapasalamat ang mga tao sa kanilang patron na si San Isidro Labrador. 

Nakakatuwang tignan ang mga bahay na punong-puno ng mga dekorasyon na sila-sila rin ang mga may gawa. Ang galing talaga!

Di ko inaasaahan na pagpunta ko roon, ay makikipaginuman ako sa mga tambay sa kalye;

In 6 days, eleksyon na. Tapos nagkaaberya pa sa testing ng machines. Imagine, yung mga kandidatong may bumoto, zero. Yung zero votes, meron. 

Baka kasi na-automated din yung oldschool style ng bilangan na DAGDAG-BAWAS? oh no!

Akala ng marami, brownout ang dadale sa eleksyon para magka-failure of elections. Yun pala, sinliit lang ng memory card ang sisira ng lahat.
